We’ve made some changes to the process of requesting a wheelchair.

Effective immediately, all wheelchair requests must be made no less than 48 hours before the scheduled flight departure time. It’s really important that you follow this – we may not be able to provide guests with a wheelchair otherwise, and their travel plans may be disrupted.
