Effective immediately, SOTO tickets will not be permitted to be sold in Beirut via the GDS for agents. This excludes sectors for AUH-BEY.

SOTO tickets will be available for sale on etihad.com only or via our Contact Centre.

Our Contact Centre team will be happy to assist you in reissuing any tickets that you may not be able to process through your GDS, and the Global Service Fee (GSF) of USD 50 will be waived.

Please note that the GSF will still apply for travel agent ticket changes or date change penalties and the applicable fare difference will be charged.
