We’ve got guests covered at every step of their journey. COVID-19 PCR testing is included for all guests when they book and fly with Etihad Airways from Abu Dhabi between 1 October and 31 March 2021.

We’ve partnered with Life Dx to make it quick and easy for guests to arrange their test across the UAE, giving them one less thing to think about before they travel.

Guests can book their visit at any Life Dx authorised sample collection facility in the UAE, or arrange for their sample to be collected from their home if they are flying in Business or First.

The process is simple:

• Book a flight with Etihad Airways
• Depending on where guests are flying to or from, they can arrange a test between 48 and 96 hours ahead of their flight departure time at lifedx.net/etihad
• They can also call 600 551 636 or email passengers@lifedx.net
• When guests receive their negative test result, they’re fit to fly and must print their results and present them at check-in.

If guests are flying to China, they will be required to arrange a COVID-19 PCR test at an approved SEHA clinic. This is not included in their ticket due to the specialist testing required.
