Dear Trade Partner,

Effective immediately, the Abu Dhabi authorities have reduced the quarantine period for guests arriving from non-green countries to 10 days rather than 12.

In addition, from 20 August, vaccinations taken outside of the UAE will be recognized provided guests apply for ICA approval before they travel.

This means that the following quarantine will apply if arriving from a non-green country:

• Seven days if fully vaccinated
• 10 days if not vaccinated

Approved vaccines are - Sinopharm, Sinovac, Janssen, Pfizer, Sputnik V, Oxford-AstraZeneca or Moderna. Guests will need to register for ICA approval before they travel and a clear overview of the process can be found here.

Once they have taken the necessary steps, their vaccine status will then be reflected in Al Hosn.
