Delivering the best possible travel experience starts with making sure that every guest is fully prepared to travel. By meeting all mandatory travel requirements, we can reduce queues, make check-in smoother and ensure that everyone is accepted to fly.

That’s where we need your help.

Please make sure your customer has the right documents so they can be accepted to fly as we’ve seen an increase in the number of guests unprepared to travel and denied boarding for flights to Bangladesh. We’ve summarised the current requirements below. Please make sure these are followed carefully – boarding will be denied otherwise.

1. Take a COVID-19 PCR test no more than 72 hours before departure. Children under 10 are exempt. 
2. Complete and print a Health Declaration form in English or Bengali and keep it for validation.
3.  At the very minimum, we need an email address for all guests to send them important updates and information about their flight as regulations can and do change at the last minute.
