Important information about travel to Thailand

Guests flying to Thailand must book Alternative State Quarantine (ASQ) and insurance with coverage for COVID-19 up to at least USD 100,000.

 

Etihad global COVID-19 wellness cover is not currently accepted on its own, and a separate cover will need to be purchased. Cover is also available from the Thai General Insurance Association at covid19.tgia.org.

 

Insurance is not required for Thai nationals. Read more.

 

Thai Nationals who do not have a self-funded ASQ booking will not be eligible for travel and must coordinate with the Thai Embassy for repatriation flights.

 

Guests can book ASQ directly with the hotels or packages approved by the Ministry of Public Health.
