I’ve spoken about wellness in almost all of my communications to you recently, and that’s because I want you to know that we are prioritising wellbeing above anything else; the health and safety of our guests, team and partners will always be our focus.

We’ve introduced a number of measures at the airport and on board to keep everyone protected – with our Wellness Ambassadors on hand at every single step.

If we’ve learnt anything over the past few months, it’s the importance of connection and communication.

My team and I have worked hard to make sure that our guests and partners stay up to date with the latest travel advice and information, as well as changes to our network as soon as they happen.

Now as we start to return to a fuller flight schedule, it’s more important than ever that we’re able to stay in touch with guests and communicate with them in a timely and consistent manner.

We have a responsibility to work together to make sure that that happens, by including up-to-date and correct contact details for everyone who books with us. Without it, guests are not receiving the important travel information they need.
