UAE nationals will be unable to travel to Lebanon until further notice following recent government advice. Guests travelling to Lebanon on or before 30 November 2021 can change their flight for free or request a refund.

Rebooking

• Rebook by 31 March 2022 for travel within system range
• Rebook in the same or lowest available class in the original cabin – no fare difference will be applied

• Fees apply for no-shows

Cancellations and refunds

• Free refunds are permitted for all impacted guests
• For partially used tickets, refunds must be calculated on a pro-rata basis
